Due to an essential system upgrade to improve stability and robustness of key IT services, all RCGP IT services including Trainee ePortfolio and Revalidation ePortfolio will be unavailable between 9:00-14:00 on 27th October. The RCGP TeP and ReP Helpdesk telephone lines will be closed during this outage.
Thank you for your patience while we undertake this important piece of work, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Royal College of General Practitioners partners with Clarity Informatics to launch new Revalidation ePortfolio toolkit for GPs.
Revalidation ePortfolio - now 'read only'
The new enhanced revalidation system is now available at https://appraisals.clarity.co.uk, replacing the RCGP Revalidation ePortfolio tool. Please contact the Clarity helpdesk for user and registration support on 0845 113 7111.
The ReP is available as a ‘read-only’ system and can no longer be used to complete appraisals. To complete an appraisal summary you will need to login to the new system using the link above. ReP can be used to download and review previous information, but not to add new records or amend existing information.

2015 Curriculum Update
Each year the college reviews the GP curriculum and makes changes where appropriate in response to user feedback and to ensure the content is kept up-to-date. This year’s changes will be implemented at the start of the new training year in August and all trainees should use the revised version from that date. You can access information about the changes and track-change copies of the statements on the GP curriculum changes
page of the website.
Please note that a new version of the Terms & Conditions is now available. A copy of these can be downloaded from the 'legals page', link at the top of the screen (28/03/14)
